He's a cuddler too. Parting Words: FROM THE HOUSE OF MIKEThe Leather Sir journey started from my front porch. As I sat and talked it over with my close knit leather family and friends in San Diego, someone said, "Why not you?" I was encouraged to take on the challenge and compete for Southern California LeatherSIR and International LeatherSIR 2003... and I did. Now it's time to step aside. I would like to recognize the Wednesday Game Night Crew for hanging in there and being with me on this journey. Also, thank you to Graylin and Chris - the producers; Tom D. - my mentor; Jo and Annie - my coaches; Gary, Mark, and Uncle Eddie for inspiring my fantasy; and to Wally who encouraged me to be a good titleholder. I especially wish to thank my boy jack, who spent many nights alone while I jumped from airport to airport. Kudos to the ILSb Class of 2003! Without your leadership in your regional communities - none of this would have been possible. Keep being leaders in your communities. You are one of the greatest groups of folks that I have had the pleasure to hang with. I want to give a very big thanks to the DCI staff for making this all happen. I tip my hat to you! And to those of you in attendance, this weekend should be one of frolicking to and fro... one where you "do the dance"... one where you make new friends and reconnect with old ones. Have fun! Express your sexuality! You know how it's done - Make it happen! "Let's Connect and Share Energy!" Mike Russell - International LeatherSIR 2003 |
