You could say I was "born into leather". My father was a motorcycle
rider and while growing up, I loved watching him put on his leathers
before he went out to ride. He always told me that "his leathers were
his extra layer of protective skin". At 17 my pop gave me my first
piece of leather; a ratty old club vest... and when I put it on, I
knew exactly what he meant. Since coming out, I have been involved
in many facets of the Gay Community, yet none of which had given me
the comfort I now feel when I am surrounded by my leather family.
I'm 28 years old now and have discovered my new calling in life.
My future. I am a bootblack. So it shall be!
