Michael Congdon
(contact)
Northwest LeatherSIR 2005
Michael Congdon has been involved in the Leather Community since his fringe
experiences in New Orleans back in 1998. Michael had never entered a contest
before, but after attending IML for the first time this past spring,
whereupon meeting such a great group of people in this diverse brotherhood,
he decided that competing for Northwest LeatherSIR was a direction in which
he would like this facet of his life to continue. His goal with the title is
to be able to give back to the community that accepted him for who he was
and helped him come out as a leatherman. For Michael, competing for
Northwest LeatherSIR was a perfect rite of passage.

James Hall
(In Memoriam)
Northwest Leatherboy 2005
The journey into leather for James started at a young age. As a child in the
back of the family car, he would see the bikers in their leathers and
sporting beards or goatees. This was the first of many things that started
to form his love and passion for leather. The next step in his leather life
came when he moved to Portland and was told NOT to go to the "CELL". As you
might guess, it was the first place he had to go! Now that James has "grown"
up a bit, he now focuses his attention on helping to build a strong and
vital Leather Community. He is one of the founding members and the current
Vice President of the Oregon Leather Fraternity. RED & GREY is what you will
see him flag on the right and that's just a start!!! James shares his life
with his partner of 10 years, Brian.
