Bootblack merrie became active in the lifestyle about 3 years ago in San Antonio, Texas, where she was active in several groups. She moved to Wichita, Kansas, a little over a year ago and became very active in the local leather group, WOOLF (Wichita Organization of Leather Fetishes, Inc.), and is currently the secretary for the group. She's also the education director for KSBDSM/Seb's Place, our local group that owns a dungeon. She also founded a local support group for submissives.

She shined her first pair of shoes in February 2006, when her Sir wanted her to shine his shoes. He very patiently taught her how he wanted his shoes to be taken care of, and there she began her bootblack journey. She spent countless hours researching everywhere she could and talked to everyone she could and fell in love with all things leather and caring for them. She loves the art and passion of bootblacking and desires to instill that in others around her. As a submissive, she treasures the service aspect of bootblacking and the representation of the D/s lifestyle that can be seen in it.

She is honored to be the first woman to ever bootblack for a WOOLF event and to represent WOOLF as 2006 Great Plains Community Boot Black.
