Randal has served his community as an activist, fundraiser, performer and auctioneer. He received a Bachelors and Masters Degree from Oklahoma State University in Theater Performance and Communications . He has worked in television, done commercials and films. He has toured with eleven national theater companies. In addition he has taught communication at the university level.

Randal is a past president of the Tulsa Uniform and Leather Seekers Association and served in various other capacities for that organization. He was a four year member of the Board of Directors and Vice president for the Ms. World Leather Organization. He is a member of the Flesh and Fantasy board in Dallas, Texas which promotes the Mr. Texas Leather contest, the South Central Leather Woman contest , the South Central Bootblack Contest and the South Central LeatherSIR / Leatherboy contest. He has also served as a Director of the South Plains Leather Fest in Dallas, Texas as their Fundraising Coordinator and their Community Charity Director. He started the "ADOPT A BEAR" Program for Bryans House - a residential home for Children whose lives have been affected by HIV and AIDS. He is a volunteer and Contestant Liaison with Cleveland Leather Awareness Weekend in Cleveland, Ohio and has assisted that organization with their amazing fundraising efforts.

Randal was a part of thr first AIDS fundraiser in 1989 in the bible belt of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Since 1985 Randal has lost over 300 friends to the disease and has raised over half a million dollars for AIDS related charities.

He has received many community service awards but is most proud of his 2003 Pantheon of Leather Man of the Year Award and the 2005 Flesh and Fantasy Man of the Year Award he received for his service to the community.

Randal has taught classes and seminars on various subjects but most enjoys a good rope workout and interrogation scenes.
