Mid-Atlantic Community Bootblack 2010
Boy Andersen is a gender-dyslexic, horse-loving, bootblacking workaholic, who is known for making and taking 12 hour bootblacking shifts per day at scene events. Boy to Flagg, and Padawan to Eddie, "slaveboi eddie", IMsBB 2003, she shined most of North Hollywood, CA, from 2004-2006 as bar black for The Bullet and resident bootblack of the Lair de Sade. She was once dubbed "Boot Angel" for a 'resurrection' job she did. She bootblacked a couple of LAboL bar nights, and other LA events such as Gay Pride/Erotic City, Dom Con LA, Mr. LA Leather and Ms. SoCal Leather. Returning home to the East Coast, she is trying to keep her NY/NJ connection while residing in Maryland by bootblacking at events such as TESFest, Floating World, Philly Leather Pride Night, Black Rose, Dark Odyssey, and Just Play. Andersen is a staff member and resident bootblack of Play House in Baltimore, and member of Friends of Play House. She has also bootblacked during women’s nights at The Crucible in D.C. She was recently honored with the title of Mid-Atlantic Community Bootblack 2010.
She promises to help the person inside the leather or latex to glow as much as the clothing by the end of the shine.
