While coming out in my early 20's, the Leather/BDSM community convinced me that
there was a place for me in the gay world. I really came into my own upon moving
to Chicago in 1992, home to a fantastic leather community to which I am forever
indebted. While in Chicago, I was fortunate enough to meet some friends and
fantastic mentors, including The Group and the Chicago Hellfire Club to which
I was granted "friend of" status in 1998. I came to Seattle 3 years ago and have
made wonderful friends here. I am happily collared.
