ILSb titleholders to take part in Leather Programme
at 1st World Outgames

International LeatherSIR 2005 Dexter Edmond and International
Leatherboy 2005 stallion are members of the judging panel for a competition
that will be held during the 1st World Outgames in Montreal in August.
The competition is part of a complete Leather Programme during the weeklong
athletic and cultural celebration.
"Recognising the importance of the leather culture as an integral part of
the LGBT community, the Outgames will present a line-up of activities
especially dedicated to this community as part of its overall sport and
culture programme," heralds the Outgames leather page.
The competition will take place Wed, Aug 2 during a leather night to be held
at Bain Mathieu, a unique venue that was an old public bath with the dance
floor area located in what was the swimming pool. Shows by the internationally
acclaimed Midori, the Montreal leather clubs MC Faucon and
Légende Urbaine will also be featured.

The Outgames leather competition is not a title contest; nor are there
ongoing responsibilities associated with winning. Participants will compete
for gold, silver and bronze medals in each of three categories: Mr. Leather,
Ms Leather and slave.
Each participant will be perform a three-minute fantasy on stage and will be
judged on the originality of the performance and physical appearance.
Registration for each category is limited to 10 participants. A
pre-selection of candidates will take place the day before the competition
for categories exceeding this limit.
Joining Sir Dexter and boy stallion on the judging panel will be:
International Ms. Leather 2005 Jessi Holman-Ahart; Canadian Leather Woman
2004 Jayne Schmid; and, Canadian Leatherman 2005 Shawn Caroll.
Official registration in the Leather Programme offers a lengthy list of
participant benefits, including participation in the opening and the closing
ceremonies of the games, access to the Bear Night and are officially invited
