Southwest Leather Pride Weekend is a celebration of the bond of Leather families. It is a weekend filled with great energy and camaraderie which surround the weekend and our leather groups and clubs.

Southwest Leather Pride 2006 included the Meet 'n Greet at the NuTowne Saloon, the pre-contest interview at Charlies, the Phoenix boys of Leather and Tucson United in Leather Watersports Party at the Bunkhouse, the Southwest LeatherSIR/boy contests and Southwest Leatherwoman contest at Charlies, and the Leatherlords Poker Run and Bar Romp. The Flex provided play parties through out the weekend for all the attendees of the weekend. The Arizona Women of Leather and Arizona Girls of Leather hosted a conclusion party at the Cash Inn on Sunday. The Imperial Court of Arizona, Charlies Cloggers, Stepping Out, AGRA Royalty where all on hand to provide entertainment through out the weekend. This years Bob Dejardine Leather Pride Award was awarded to Pat O from the Bunkhouse for his overwhelming support to the leather community in Phoenix. More pictures of the weekend can be found on www.southwestleatherpride.com.

In addition to the "regular" duties of these titleholders (fundraising, attending leather events and contests, judging, representing the community), they will also be ambassadors for the Southwest portion of the United States.
