Oct 16, 2006, Baltimore, MD - Rik Newton-Treadway, Executive Producer of the International LeatherSIR and Leatherboy contests, as well as the International Community Bootblack contest, is pleased to announce the Board Members who will assist him in producing the ILSb contests in 2006-2007.

The Board Members are:

  • Great Lakes LeatherSIR 2002 Don Leach (2 year term) representing the Great Lakes, Great Plains and Eastern Canada regions;
  • South Central Leatherboy 2006 Brian Wilson (2 year term), representing the South Central and Southwest regions;
  • Former Northern California Regional Producer Roger Gregg (1 year term), representing Southern California;
  • Sandy (Mama) Reinhardt (2 year term), representing the Northern California and Northwest regions;
  • Southeast Mr. Drummer 1998 Tom Stice (1 year term) representing the Southeast and Florida regions;
  • Mr. Mid-Atlantic Leather 2004 Tug Taylor (1 year term) representing the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions; and
  • Matt Vertz (3 year term), Legal Counsel.

DCI President Mike Zuhl will continue in his role as owner of the contests and an advisor to the Executive Producer and the Board.

The International Community Bootblack contest will be coordinated once again this year by Jesse "Spanky" Penley, with the assistance of elegant and ICBB 2005 Shawn Patrick Finnerty.

Rik and the new board members look forward to working together with the Regional Producers and to a bright future and continued success of ILSb/ICBB.
