By entering this site, the user agrees that he or
she is over 21 years of age and is not offended by homosexuality and
alternative sexual practices.
The terms "Leatherboy" and "boy" are used to indicate members of the
LGBT leather community who aspire to the ideals of community and
personal service, discipline, deference to superiors, and adherence to
customs and traditions. The term "Leatherboy" does not
refer to youth. DCI Productions does not market its products and
services to anyone under 21 years of age. Neither DCI Productions nor
any of its officers, board members, sponsors or supporters endorses or
condones pedophilia or any form of sexual or intimate contact between
persons who are younger than the age of legal consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

user, shall be governed by Pennsylvania law. By using this site, the
user consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the
appropriate state court in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, or the
Western District of Pennsylvania for federal issues, such as copyright,
patent and trademark infringement claims. The user agrees that it will
not institute legal actions against DCI Productions, Inc.., in any
other court or administrative body, without the express prior written
permission of DCI Productions, Inc., and that if the user violates this
provision, the user shall be liable for all legal fees and costs
incurred by DCI Productions, Inc., in removing the case to an agreed
Court.
